Thank you for choosing Bea Valentyne Hair. To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for all clients, please read the following policies before booking.

Appointment cancellations and rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur a charge.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the value of the booked service.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice, known as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the booked service cost. Clients who accumulate two no-shows may be blocked from booking future appointments with Bea Valentyne Hair.

Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked. As a small business, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact.

Patch test policy

Client safety is my priority. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service to help identify potential allergic reactions to colour products.

A patch test is required if:

You are a new colour client.
You have not previously had a colour service with Bea Valentyne Hair.
More than 6 months have passed since your last colour appointment.
There has been a change to your medical history, including pregnancy, illness, medication, or recent tattoos.
A different colour product or brand is being used.

Please note

Patch tests must be completed a minimum of 48 hours before your colour appointment.
Colour services cannot be carried out without a valid patch test where one is required.
If your appointment cannot proceed because a required patch test has not been completed, the appointment may be cancelled and the 50% cancellation fee may apply.
It is the client's responsibility to arrange and attend their patch test appointment.
